shipping & returns

orders are shipped worldwide, from EU

processing time: ready-made items are shipped within 3 working days
if any item is made-to-order, the production time will be clearly mentioned in its description

shipping carriers & tracking: once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with more information

customs & duties: we ship delivered duties paid (DDP) to the United States, which means US customers will not be charged any additional taxes or import fees upon delivery. for all other international destinations outside of the EU, any customs or import duties that may apply are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost

shipping rates: shipping costs are calculated by weight, and all available options and prices will be shown at checkout

if you’d like to return an item, please email hello@solasya.eu within 14 days of delivery. once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions

– returned items must be in original condition, unused, and packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping
– the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
– only the item price will be refunded – original shipping is non-refundable
– refunds are processed once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in good condition

please note that “seconds” and sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds

if a package is not picked up and is automatically returned to me, you will be refunded only the item price (original shipping is non-refundable)
if you’d like the item re-sent, you’ll need to cover the cost of new shipping
